About

An Applied Decision Intelligence enterprise.

100 LABS exists to help organisations make consequential decisions with more clarity, evidence and accountability.

Mission

Better decisions, engineered outcomes.

We combine disciplined methodology, the ASIE Decision Engine and human judgement so leaders can understand problems, compare alternatives and execute with measurable results.

Philosophy

What we believe.

Humans decide

AI assists judgement; it does not replace accountability.

Evidence over assertion

We show our assumptions and measure against baselines.

Outcomes matter

A decision is only as good as what it changes.

Leadership

Elijah Jones. Founder.

Founder, 100 Labs ∞  ·  Creator, LoanForge

Elijah Jones has built his career around understanding how businesses create value—and connecting the strategy, people, processes, technology and decisions required to deliver it.

His strength is seeing the entire strategic value chain: the customer need that creates an opportunity, the capabilities required to serve it, the work that moves it forward, the risks that must be managed, and the financial outcome that makes it worthwhile. He brings those elements into a coherent operating model, then translates that model into products, workflows and execution.

That perspective has its foundation in the U.S. Air Force. As an Air Force Academy graduate and Captain working in test and evaluation, Elijah developed a disciplined approach to complex challenges: define the mission, understand how the system must perform, test the assumptions, and evaluate the outcome. That discipline continues to shape how he connects business ambition with practical delivery.

Scheidt & Bachmann

Turnaround work focused on operational performance and execution.

eBay / PayPal

Technology foundations through the PayPal separation and legacy-to-cloud modernization, including IT service management and a machine learning decision engine.

KeyBank

Modular banking-as-a-service connecting digital acquisition, origination, onboarding, payments and core banking.

BNY Mellon

A platform operating model supporting consistent experiences across teams and shared capabilities.

Across these environments, a central insight emerged: business value depends on how well the parts work together. A strong strategy needs an executable operating model. A good customer conversation needs a clear next action. A technology investment needs a measurable contribution to business performance.

Elijah founded 100 Labs ∞ and created LoanForge to apply that understanding to relationship-driven community banking. For a bank, the lending value chain begins with understanding the borrower and continues through qualification, structuring, underwriting coordination, condition resolution, closing, and the ongoing relationship. Every stage creates an opportunity to strengthen execution, reduce repeated work, and make better use of the team's expertise.

LoanForge is designed to bring human intelligence, artificial intelligence and financial intelligence into that chain. Through text-based Coach and disciplined lending models, it helps teams make assumptions explicit, work through obstacles, evaluate alternatives, and connect planned execution steps with portfolio economics. People review the calculations and retain every banking decision; no AI agents connect to or act on the corporate network.

Elijah leads the product and engineering work himself, bringing the customer problem, operating model, technical architecture and financial logic into the same design process.

His purpose is clear: help banks turn the strength of their relationships and the knowledge of their people into greater lending capacity, faster execution, and measurable financial value.
